The warranty covers manufacturing defects in steel panels and fastening systems for a period of 5 years from delivery. It does not include damage from incorrect installation, extreme weather conditions not foreseen in the technical data sheet, or subsequent modifications without manufacturer authorization.
Warranty and LiabilityFor trapezoidal sheets, the minimum slope is 5% (approx. 3°). For PIR sandwich panels, at least 7% is recommended to prevent water accumulation. These values apply to roofs with EPDM sealing gaskets; in systems without sealing, the slope must be doubled.
Installation SpecificationsClass C4 according to ISO 12944 indicates suitability for industrial environments with medium-high humidity and exposure to moderate chemicals. Products with Galvalume coating or G90 galvanized steel meet this standard. Not suitable for direct marine atmospheres without additional protection.
Regulations and CertificationsAll prices on the portal are expressed in Argentine pesos excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated. Value-added tax is applied according to the legislation in force at the time of invoicing. Contractors must verify their tax status before placing the order.
Commercial TermsThe buyer has 10 business days from receipt to notify dimensional or quality discrepancies. A joint inspection with the manufacturer will be carried out. If the defect is confirmed, the batch will be replaced at no additional cost. After this period, it is considered accepted.
Claims ProcedurePanels and profiles manufactured to order with special measurements are not eligible for return, except for manufacturing defects. Standard stock products can be returned within 15 days of purchase, in their original packaging and without signs of use. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
